Land Acquired for Road—Albany Highway, North Shore, Auckland
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation of Government Purpose (for Police Purposes) Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager of the Southern West Coast District of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a government purpose (for police purposes) reserve over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown Land with part of this land (approximately 0.1088 hectares subject to survey) being available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
