Land Notices
Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested, and Land Taken for Severance and Vested—Atarau Road, Grey District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Grey District Council;
b. Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(3), for the land to be vested in Graburn Farms Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS2D/858;
c. Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(3), for the land to be vested in Graburn Farms Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS1A/1367;
d. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to be taken as severance and vested in Graburn Farms Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS2D/858;
e. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to be taken as severance and vested in Graburn Farms Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WS1B/1113
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
