Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:
Baradene College, Auckland (61).
St Michael’s Catholic School, Rotorua (1960).
Villa Maria College, Christchurch (326).
Rolleston Christian School, Rolleston (710).
The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 4 December 2014.

Revocation of Appointment as Compulsory Care Co-ordinator
Under section 140 of the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003, I revoke the appointment of the following person as a compulsory care co-ordinator for the named geographical and operational area listed below, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 May 2010, No. 52, page 1449:

The revocation of this appointment takes effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Rate of Levy Under the Biosecurity (Psa-V—Kiwifruit Levy) Order 2013
Pursuant to section 9 of the Biosecurity (Psa-V—Kiwifruit Levy) Order 2013, it was resolved at the Annual General Meeting of Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated on 26 November 2014, that the levy rate for the 2015 levy year (commencing on 1 January 2015 and ending on 31 December 2015) apply at the rate of 0.28 cents per kilogram
(1 cent per tray equivalent) to all varieties, or cultivars, of green kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) exported to any place other than Australia, and at the rate of 0.56 cents per kilogram (2 cents per tray equivalent) to all varieties, or cultivars, of gold and red kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) exported to any place other than Australia.
