Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Gorge Road School (3957) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Gorge Road School Board of Trustees.

The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:

All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Officers of the Department of Corrections Authorised to Take Statutory Declarations

Pursuant to section 9(1)(j) of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 ("the Act"), I hereby authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the Department of Corrections specified in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations under the Act.
