Notice is given that on 25 November 2014 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Geoffrey Edwards be appointed as liquidator.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.

A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.

Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named charitable trust by resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting held on 17 October 2014 at 2.00pm and confirmed at a subsequent special general meeting held on 24 November 2014 at 1.40pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

No meeting of creditors will be held.

In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis that it would cause expense and serve no useful purpose.
