Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held as the indicative liabilities of the company materially exceed the value of its assets such that a distribution to unsecured creditors at present is unlikely.

In the event that this position changes, the liquidator will advise, in writing, all creditors (at the address advised at the time of lodging their claim) of the changed position.

Accordingly, no meeting of creditors will be called in the interim unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after the publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator fixes Friday 19 December 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
