declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 167, Blk 1 Shotover SD, Riverside Road, Frankton shall henceforth be known as Ivan Young Zoological Reserve.
“That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the walk/cycle track vested in the council and described as Gorge Road Track, Queenstown shall henceforth be known as the Sutherland Track”.
“That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 13, DP 364700, Maori Jack Road, Jacks Point shall henceforth be known as Jack Tewa Park”.

Classification of Reserves—South Western Bay Settlements Area, Taupo District
Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Taupo District Council hereby classifies:
a. The reserves described in the First Schedule and the Second Schedule as local purpose reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves;
b. The reserves described in the Third Schedule as recreation reserve; and
c. The reserves described in the Fourth Schedule as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977
subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
