The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The Standard commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.

Levy for United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited
Pursuant to section 3 of the Commodity Levies (Wheat Grain) Order 2014, a levy has been imposed on and shall be payable by the producers of any wheat grain grown in New Zealand for sale or processing.
In accordance with section 11(1) of the Order, United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited has determined the rate of levy to be $4.35 per tonne (GST exclusive).
