and the entry under First Schedule, Land to be Declared Road:
“0.3495 Section 5 SO 459834 (part computer Freehold Register 379574).”
and adding a new phrase under paragraph (c):
“Section 10 SO 459834 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 654603, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Mortgage 9769458.4,

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae, to be known as Pawhaoa Marae for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Margaret Rosalene Richards.

Road Realignment—State Highway 43, Douglas, Stratford District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:

b.
