Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 October 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PACIFIC NETWORK GLOBAL LOGISTICS LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Winston Hargrave, of Moore Stephens Markhams Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 November 2014.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
