The Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, certified practising accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ECO MULCH MASTERS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 November 2014 at 10.12am, by order of the High Court at Auckland.

This notice is to advise the creditors that on 11 November 2014 the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, appointed Norman Barry White and Tamina Cunningham-Adams. This appointment was invalid and of no effect due to section 241AA of the Act – Restriction on appointment of liquidator by shareholders or board after application filed for court appointment.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidators intend to dispense with the meeting of creditors.
