Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 March 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Annabel Shand in respect of Bookworms Learning Centre (45276), situated at Northwood Super Centre, 1 Radcliffe Road, Northwood, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 March 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Tolo Pereira in respect of Samoana Early Education Development Service (50057), situated at SDA Church, 23 Apple Terrace, Ranui Heights, Porirua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
