section 7A of the Intelligence and Security Committee Act 1996;
section 20 of the Intelligence and Security Committee Act 1996;
sections 22 and 25 of the Intelligence and Security Committee Act 1996;
sections 28 and 29 of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security Act 1996; and
section 7 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 (where a Bill specifically relates to the legislation governing the intelligence and security agencies or to their oversight legislation).
