Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land—Lower Hutt City

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, authorises the exchange of part of the Mohaka Street Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule:
