a. Ulster Street from 305 Ulster Street to Liverpool Street;

b. Liverpool Street from Ulster Street to Anglesea Street;

c. Anglesea Street from Liverpool Street to Rostrevor Street;

d. Rostrevor Street from Anglesea Street to Norton Road;

e. Norton Road from Rostrevor Street to Hall Street;

f. Mill Street from Norton Road to the walkway joining Mill Street and Avon Street;

g. The walkway joining Mill Street and Avon Street;

h. The walkway joining Avon Street and Seddon Road;
