District Court Judges Appointed
Pursuant to sections 5 and 5B of the District Courts Act 1947, and section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Kevin James Glubb, Acting District Court Judge
to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 29 October 2014.
