Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to call a meeting of creditors of the above-named company to be held at the Boardroom, Fervor Limited, Level 1, Kapiti Business Centre, 17–19 Seaview Road, Paraparaumu Beach, on Thursday 13 November 2014 at 4.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the current liquidator or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.

A creditor may exercise the right to vote either by being present in person, by proxy or postal vote.

Notice of appointment of a proxy must be signed by the creditor and delivered to the liquidator not less than two working days before the start of the meeting.

Proofs of debt and voting papers and proxy forms must be lodged by 10.00am on Tuesday 11 November 2014 by email to quentin@simco.co.nz or to PO Box 99, Otaki.
