Take notice that Mark Hector Norrie, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, has been appointed liquidator of NUMEROUS LIMITED (in liquidation).

The liquidation commenced on 8 October 2014 at 10.00am, by way of a special resolution of shareholders in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation of the company, will not call a meeting of creditors unless a creditor gives written notice, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.

This notice is given under section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 5 December 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
