On 28 October 2014 at 12.31pm, by order of the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, COLLINSVILLE LIMITED was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidator hereby fixes 21 November 2014 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
