Land Acquired for Road—Paekakariki Hill Road, Paekakariki, Porirua City
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into pursuant to section 17 of the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for roading purposes and shall vest in the Porirua City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for public transport purposes, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and vested in the Wellington Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
