PropertyFinance Securities Limited (PFSL), the mortgagee under Mortgage 7114247.15 (Canterbury Land Registry), gives notice that on 29 October 2014, it entered into possession of the land at 110 Lichfield Street, Christchurch, being the property described in Computer Freehold Register 288052.

PFSL entered into possession pursuant to its rights under a notice issued under section 119 of the Property Law Act 2007.

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to this property is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, 83 Victoria Street (PO Box 322), Christchurch.
