Notice Redefining the Purposes of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purposes of which the Māori reservation, in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto created by the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 1959, No. 78, page 1923, is hereby redefined for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the members of the Whatuiapiti hapū (of Patangata) of the Ngati Kahungunu tribe.
