Land Declared Road, and Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Clark Street, Wolverton Street and Olympic Place, New Lynn, Auckland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and remain vested in the Auckland Council;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA958/77
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of a Reserve for Local Purposes (Esplanade) Reserve Purposes
Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 23rd day of September 2014, hereby classifies the esplanade reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve.
