Vesting of a Reserve in the Waipa District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Waikato District of the Department of Conservation vests the local purpose (cemetery) reserve described in the Schedule in the Waipa District Council, subject to the condition that the Waipa District Council will involve Waikato Tainui Te Kauhanganui marae in management of the reserve should the marae seek to be involved.

Change of Classification of Parts of a Recreation Reserve—Minogue Park, Hamilton City

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby changes the classification of those parts of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
