Notice of Dissolution of the Waitaki Boys’ High School (365) Board of Trustees and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N(3)(b) of the Education Act 1989, as the Secretary for Education’s delegate, I hereby dissolve the Waitaki Boys’ High School Board of Trustees and appoint

Nicola Hornsey

as commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
