In the notice with the above heading, dated the 1st day of April 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 2014, No. 38, page 1111, in the body of the document after the words

"subject to the provisions of"

insert the words

"section 19(1)(a) of".

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Jerome Sheppard, Group Manager Service Delivery, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and remain vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
