Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, the above-named companies on 25 September 2014 at 3.35pm, appointed Stephen Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies.

The liquidator does hereby fix 27 October 2014 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
