Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

Notice

Title—This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers (IG Markets Limited) Notice 2009 Amendment Notice 2014.
Commencement—This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
Principal notice—This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (IG Markets Limited) Notice 2009* (“principal notice”).
Renewal of principal notice—Clause 1(3) of the principal notice is amended by deleting

“30 September 2014”

and replacing it with

“28 November 2014”.

Dated at Wellington this 25th day of September 2014.
