Road Realignment—Maungakawa Road, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road vested in the Waipa District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved to the Crown by section 206 of the Land Act 1924, section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 and those minerals not acquired by Proclamation 4294;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register 417899, subject to Mortgage B204934; excluding any mineral interests reserved to the Crown pursuant to section 206 of the Land Act 1924 and those minerals not acquired by Proclamation 4294;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register 30842 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
