3. Interpretation
In this notice:
Marsden Bank and Mair Bank means all that area of New Zealand fisheries waters enclosed by a line—
(a) commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark (MHWM) at the base of the Marsden Point oil refinery jetty (at 35°50.24’S and 174°29.91’E); then
(b) proceeding in a north-easterly direction to a point at the seaward end of the Marsden Point oil refinery jetty (at 35°50.21’S and 174°29.95’E); then
(c) proceeding in a south-easterly direction to the Whangarei Harbour main channel port-hand buoy no. 18 (at 35°50.32’S and 174°30.44’E); then
(d) proceeding in a south-easterly direction to the Whangarei Harbour main channel port-hand buoy no. 16 (at 35°50.54’S and 174°30.94’E); then
(e) proceeding in a south-easterly direction to the Whangarei Harbour main channel port-hand buoy no. 14 (at 35°50.76’S and 174°31.19’E); then
(f) proceeding in a south-westerly direction to a point offshore (at 35°50.86’S and 174°30.50’E); then
(g) proceeding due west to a point on the MHWM (at 35°50.86’S and 174°29.65’E); then
(h) proceeding along the MHWM in a generally north-easterly then north-westerly direction to the point of commencement.
pipi means a shellfish of the species Paphies australis.
4. Marsden Bank and Mair Bank closed in respect of pipi
No person may take pipi from Marsden Bank and Mair Bank while this notice is in effect.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 1 October 2014, prohibits the taking of pipi from Marsden Bank and Mair Bank from 1 October 2014 onwards.

The Deputy Chief Executive, MSD Approvals, Ministry of Social Development, gives notice that the approval of Refuge for Women and Children with Disabilities Including Mental Health Issues – Camellia House Incorporated as a Child and Family Support Service, pursuant to section 403 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 is revoked effective as of 1 September 2014.

Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004
Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Gina Tiare Butson, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegation, hereby give notice that on 15 April 2014, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Anthony Boyd Williams Ryall, Minister of Health, gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for healthAlliance (FPSC) Limited to borrow up to $5 million from Westpac New Zealand Limited.
This approval expires five years from the date the loan commences.

(a) for HealthShare Limited and healthAlliance (FPSC) Limited to borrow and acquire debt securities from Health Benefits Limited (as sweep counterparty); and
(b) for Health Benefits Limited (as sweep counterparty) to borrow and acquire debt securities from HealthShare Limited, healthAlliance N.Z. Limited and healthAlliance (FPSC) Limited
in relation to shared banking arrangements for district health boards, HealthShare Limited, healthAlliance N.Z. Limited and healthAlliance (FPSC) Limited.
