Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 1 September 2014, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MALLARD SHAREHOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Brent Thomas Dickins and Hamish John Pryde, of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 1 September 2014 at 2.15pm.

The liquidators have fixed Thursday 2 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
