Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to section 116(1), the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL38/283, subject to Mortgage 7767938.2, Forest Management Plan 372833.1 and Forestry Right 8625088.1 Nelson Land Registry, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
