Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Vested, and Land Taken for Severance and Vested—Mt Cass Road, Hurunui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be acquired for road and vested in the Hurunui District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and vested in Organic Farm Holdings Limited and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register 494786;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice be stopped and vested in Organic Farm Holdings Limited and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register 494787;

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice be stopped and vested in Tiromoana Station Limited and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register 494788;

(e) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to be taken as severance and vested in Organic Farm Holdings Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 494787 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Resource Management Act 1991

Vesting of Reclamation—Auckland

Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (in accordance with section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011), the Minister of Conservation vests the fee simple estate of an area of reclaimed coastal land as described in the Schedule to this notice in Salthouse Holdings Limited.
