Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

It is proposed that SEAFOOD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED amalgamate with SEAFOOD STRATEGY NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, in accordance with Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993 (the “amalgamation proposal”). Upon amalgamation, SEAFOOD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.
