Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 December 2013 at 9.00am.

The liquidators of the above-named company fix 20 February 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 16 December 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CLELAND STREET AUTOS LIMITED be liquidated and that Lyn M. Carey, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 16 December 2013 at 9.30am.

The liquidator has fixed 27 January 2014 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
