The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Te Mahia School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 2012, No. 69, page 1967) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Kaikohe Intermediate.

The following functions, powers and duties of the board are vested in a limited statutory manager:

• Personnel;
• finance;
• curriculum.

A limited statutory manager must also advise the board on the following:

• Board systems and processes.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Acting Group Manager, Regional Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

• Ashburton Christian School, Ashburton (608).
• St Anthony’s School, Pahiatua (2998).
• St Joseph’s Catholic School, Te Kuiti (1953).
• St Mary’s Catholic School, Gisborne (2680).
• St Mary’s School, Whanganui (2454).

The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 16 July 2013.
