Electricity Industry Act 2010

Notice of the Electricity Industry Participation (Metering Arrangements) Code Amendment 2013

1. Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, the Electricity Authority gives notice of the making of the Electricity Industry Participation (Metering Arrangements) Code Amendment 2013.

2. The amendment comes into force on 29 August 2013.

3. This amendment is part of a set of amendments in relation to new metering arrangements.

4. The amendment makes a number of changes to Part 1, Part 11, and Part 15 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 that are necessary to ensure that the Electricity Industry Participation (Metering Arrangements) Code Amendment 2011 operates as intended.
