Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of the above-named companies:

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

(b) Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 12 August 2013.

The Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, unless under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of any of the above-named companies is delivered to the Registrar by 22 August 2013 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Register.

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the companies be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of each company has been completed.
