Appointed Board and Interim Period for the Merger of Lyttelton Main School (3423) and Lyttelton West School (3424)
Pursuant to section 156A(4) of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
Notice
Constitution of the Appointed Board of the Continuing School
-
The board of Lyttelton Main School, Christchurch as the continuing school, will have the following constitution for the duration of the interim period:
- Seven people appointed by the Minister of Education (one of whom may be designated as the chairperson).
- The principal designate.

The board may not co-opt additional members.
Interim Period
- The interim period will commence on 22 July 2013 and end at the close of day before the date on which new trustees take office following an election.
This notice comes into force on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 156A(4) of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

The board of Unlimited Paenga Tawhiti, Christchurch as the continuing school, will have the following constitution for the duration of the interim period:
- Seven people appointed by the Minister of Education (one of whom may be designated as the chairperson).
