Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Coast District Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it, resolved on 21 August 2008 that the land held by the Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the Act.

Change of Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager for the Nelson Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule, from a local purpose reserve (site for a youth hostel) to a local purpose reserve (hostel site) subject to the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of Appointment and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager of the Nelson Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Marlborough–Nelson Regional Group of the Youth Hostels Association of New Zealand Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Te Runanga o Ngati Kuia Charitable Trust to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose reserve (hostel site).

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (rural fire) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Corrigendum—Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 2012, No. 116, page 3375, the heading should read
“Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation”
and in the contents of the notice, where it states
“the Māori freehold land”
it should read
“the general land”.
