A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant
General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae,
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for
the functioning indirectly of a road and vested in the
Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication
of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped and Set Apart for Use in Connection With a Road—Waiouru Interchange, Auckland

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the portion of road adjoining the land described in the
Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to
section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, set apart for use
in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the
Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand
Gazette.

road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport
Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and
shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication
hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

rights created by Transfer H422926 and, subject to Order in
Council 9075, and Land Covenants in Easement Instruments
8553689.2 and 9317864.4 and shall vest in the Crown on the
date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
