Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice for Hamilton Seventh Day Adventist School, Hamilton (4105) and Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Ngā Maungarongo, Auckland (4207)

Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the elections for the parent representatives for the boards of trustees of Hamilton Seventh Day Adventist School and Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Ngā Maungarongo, require new elections to be held on 15 August 2013, and declare that the elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid elections remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new elections.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
