Reserves Act 1977
Amendment to a Notice Declaring That Land is a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive of the Wellington Regional Council amends an error in the notice classifying a reserve dated the 7th day of September 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 September 2011, No. 138, page 3957, by replacing in the resolution
"Section 19"
with
"Section 19(1)(a)".

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise the Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into its reserves development and purchases fund for the purposes of acquiring new reserves or developing its reserves network.
