Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of GLOBAL CLAIMS MANAGEMENT LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 31 March 2011):

The sum of $7714.62 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of GLOBAL CLAIMS MANAGEMENT LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to GLOBAL CLAIMS MANAGEMENT LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 1 August 2013.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Radiocommunications Regulations 2001

Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Vehicular Radar Short Range Devices) Notice 2013

Pursuant to section 111 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 and Regulation 9 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001, and acting under delegated authority from the chief executive, I give the following notice.

Notice

  1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Vehicular Radar Short Range Devices) Notice 2013.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2013.

  1. General user radio licence—A general user radio licence is granted for the transmission of radio waves by means of vehicular radar short range device radiocommunication transmitters, for the purposes of road vehicle collision mitigation and traffic safety applications, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and restrictions of this notice.

  2. Terms, conditions and restrictions—(1) Except as otherwise provided in this notice, the frequencies and other emission characteristics are those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

(2) Transmitters must conform to technical standards as prescribed in notices made under Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Regulations.

(3) Frequency use is on a shared basis and the chief executive does not accept liability under any circumstances for any loss or damage of any kind occasioned by the unavailability of frequencies or interference to reception.

(4) Should interference occur to services licensed pursuant to a radio licence or a spectrum licence, the chief executive reserves the right to require and ensure that any transmission or any emission pursuant to this General User Radio Licence change frequency, reduce power, or cease operation.

(5) Transmitters must not be permanently installed at a fixed location.

(6) This licence expires on 1 January 2018.

(7) Consequential revocation of licences:

(a) The Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Vehicular Radar Short Range Devices) Notice 2011, dated the 9th day of November 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 November 2011, No. 176, page 5042, is revoked.

(b) Notwithstanding the revocation of the notice under subsection (a), every transmitter capable of making transmissions compliant with the requirements of
