Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 56 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Middleton Road, Wellington City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be road and vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares that the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and vested in Anthony James Chatfield; and

(c) Pursuant to section 120(3), declares that the area described in the Second Schedule is to be amalgamated with the balance of the land described in Computer Freehold Register WN582/35, subject to:

(i) K31370 Notice imposing Building Line Restriction;
(ii) 1709 Order in Council imposing Building Line Restriction; and
(iii) Mortgage 7421531.3 to ANZ National Bank Limited.
