David Donald Crichton and Lynda Jane Smart, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 18 June 2013 at 9.00am.

The liquidators fix 18 July 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of the companies should urgently contact the liquidator.
