Land Transfer Act Notice

The owners of land adjoining the Bank of Waipoua River in the District of Masterton have applied to me to bring part of the dry Bed of the Waipoua River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their names.

Land Registration District: Wellington.

Application: 9396300.2.

Applicants: Jocelyn Marjorie Daniell and Archibald Roger Daniell, c/o Gawith Burridge, PO Box 454, Masterton 5840.

Land Applied for: 1.1030 hectares, more or less; shown on LT 453348, being part of the former Bed of Waipoua River adjoining Part Lot 1 Application 3004 and Part Lot 1 Application 942 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN39B/353) in the District of Masterton.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 14 August 2013.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of The Hair Firm Limited (Company No.: 3462951):

PM & AM Dean Investments Limited (“the mortgagees”) are the secured parties under a term loan agreement and a general security agreement both dated the 8th day of March 2012 pursuant to which The Hair Firm Limited granted to the mortgagees a security interest over all the debtors’ present and after-acquired property, being all the debtors’ personal property and all other property which is registered under financing statement FR4822796XB41ECO.

The mortgagees hereby give notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 17 June 2013.

The description of the mortgaged goods is all of the goods described as hair salon equipment: Chairs, hair straighteners, clippers, free standing mirrors, washing machine, dryer, trolley, computer, towels, combs, rollers, crimpers, pins, rods, fridge, brushes, crockery, glassware, stools, basins, air conditioning unit, small electrical appliances and leather couch located at Shop 2 Lot 3 DPS 27806 (South Auckland Land Registry).

Take notice that on 10 June 2013, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, the mortgagee by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6955880.1, entered into possession of the property situated at 249 Monowai Road, Kaukapakapa, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA139D/652 (North Auckland Land Registry).
