Commodity Levies (Vegetables and Fruit) Levy Order 2013

Notification of Vegetable and Fruit Levy Rate

Horticulture New Zealand Incorporated advises that as per clause 12 of the Commodity Levies (Vegetables and Fruit) Levy Order 2013, the rates of levies for the period 18 June 2013 to 30 September 2013 are set as follows:

(a) For all vegetables and fruit 0.15%;
(b) for fresh vegetables
(i) 0.30% for fresh vegetables sold domestically;
(ii) 0.20% for fresh vegetables exported;
(c) for fresh tomatoes 0.25%; and
(d) for process vegetables 0.42%.

Commodity Levies (Onions) Levy Order 2013

Notification of Onion Levy Rate

Onions New Zealand Incorporated advises that as per clause 11 of the Commodity Levies (Onions) Levy Order 2013, the rate of levy for the period 18 June 2013 to 30 November 2013 has been set at $2.50 per tonne and in the case of a part metric tonne, $2.50 pro-rated in proportion to the part metric tonne.

Pursuant to sections 130 to 133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2013 No. 7.

(2) This notice shall come into force on 12 July 2013.

  1. Fees—The Pharmacy Council of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.

  2. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
