Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994

The liquidator hereby fixes 10 July 2013 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.

Notice of Meetings of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meetings of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
