Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as road reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Auckland Council in such manner, and on terms and conditions, as the council determines.
